By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking and Payment
To secure your event date, we require:
- A non-refundable deposit at the time of booking
- Full payment of the balance due before the event date
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods
Cancellation Policy
Please read this section carefully as it contains important information about cancellations and refunds.
- All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your event
- You may reschedule your event one time, subject to availability
Weather Policy
Our events proceed rain or shine. Please review this policy carefully.
- All events are scheduled rain or shine
- Clients must have an indoor backup location available
- Events may be rescheduled within 3 months, subject to availability
- No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions
Food & Allergy Disclaimer
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
- We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
- Clients are responsible for disclosing all food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Magical Picnics & Events assumes no liability for allergic reactions
- Please advise us of all allergies at least 48 hours before your event
Alcohol Policy
We do not provide alcoholic beverages. Please review our alcohol policy.
- Magical Picnics & Events does not provide or serve alcoholic beverages
- Our services are strictly Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) where permitted by law
- Clients are responsible for complying with all local alcohol laws and regulations
- All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older
Client Responsibilities
When booking our services, you agree to:
- Secure proper venue access and permissions
- Provide an accurate guest count at least 48 hours in advance
- Inform us of any special requirements or venue restrictions
- Respect all property rules and regulations
Limitation of Liability
Magical Picnics & Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during your event. Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages to property or equipment.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions to decor and equipment due to availability, while maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic of your event package.
