How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. However, we often accommodate last-minute requests - reach out and we'll do our best!

What's included in your packages?

All packages include setup, styling, decor, tableware, linens, and complete cleanup. Specific inclusions vary by package - contact us for detailed information.

Do you provide food and beverages?

We coordinate with trusted local caterers and can arrange catering as part of your package. You're also welcome to provide your own food and beverages.

What if it rains?

We monitor weather closely and work with you to reschedule if needed. We can also arrange covered locations or tent rentals for an additional fee.

Do you set up at any location?

Yes! We set up at public parks, private properties, beaches, gardens, and more throughout our service area. We can also recommend beautiful venues.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within the same season, subject to availability.
